About Me Cary Nov 2nd
So you really want to know about me, eh? Okay, here goes: my name is Cary Miller and I currently reside in a 100-year-old bungalow in Sacramento, California, in the States.
As a long time guitar player (20+ years,) I started Electric Guitar Review as a rather transparent excuse to play lots of wonderful instruments, but over the years it’s become a central part of my life, and nowadays I can’t really imagine not blogging about guitars.
In fact, I’ve found that I enjoy writing about guitars nearly as much as I enjoy playing them.
On top of a full-time job, and nearly full-time blogging, I’m also a tragically young widower, having lost my beautiful wife Lori in October of 2007 after a courageous 5-year battle with cancer––she was just 31 years old.
While cancer managed to derail our plans at having kids, I’m happy to say that my family currently consists of three freakin’ crazy dogs: Zoe, a Queensland Heeler, Cole, a black Lab, and Ruby, a full-bred dork-hound. They are keeping me insane and sane at the same time… go figure
Thanks for visiting Electric Guitar Review… I hope you Enjoy!

I noticed a very attractive looking and very competitively priced Parkwood Hybrid Semi-hollowbody Electric with Seymour Duncan Minihumbuckers and Piezo Pickups being advertised in the Aug. 07 Guitat Center Catalog on pg.6. It is Parkwood first foray into electrics. (It is not shown on the Parkwood site.) Can you get more info on it? Maybe test it?
Keep up the Good Work. My Best to you and Your family.

Glad to know that your wife is doing great day by day. Faith is the key I believe so. This is one of my favorite guitar related blog.
