Rare Find: Play Guitar Now

Tue, May 23, 2006

Play Guitar NowI thought I’d take a minute to point out a great FREE resource for those of you wishing to learn your way around the guitar, from basic note-reading, to 12-bar blues chording, to lead work and music theory.

Play Guitar Now, written by our enigmatic friend – known only as Retired Rock Star Wannabe – contains a wealth of short guitar lessons that include chord diagrams, standard musical notation, and even tablature. But perhaps more importantly, he’s gone to the trouble of including jam tracks you can actually practice along with to test your skills (now that’s value-added!)

If you’re interested in increasing your knowledge of arpeggios, movable chord shapes, diatonic triads and everything in between, well… you should check it out!

I found his site several months back. The time and effort he puts into it is unreal. The content and quality of a not-for-free site. Thanks RRSW!

I was doing searches online. I have a very rare Ibanez JPM guitar that I am selling. It breaks my heart to have to sell it and in looking at pricing on what others get for it. I could cry with what little I am having to settle for. Hard times bring hard decisions. Since there are only 99 more out there like it it is hard to find reviews or other photos of it of course. I was just doing look ups on it and found only 2 sites online with even any information on this guitar. They of course are not selling theirs.

http://www.ZolaEnterprises.Com has my guitar listed under Products & Stores if you wish to see it or buy it online. They sell things fast there so I hope it is still there for you to see.
