Check Out Squier’s Satin Trans Fat Stratocaster HH Cary May 24th
If you’re in the market for a truly low-cost, but still stylish Stratocaster you might consider foregoing Fender all together and opting instead for something like Squier’s cool Satin Trans Fat Strat HH.
Yeah, it may not be an authentic Fender, but Squier makes a very decent guitar considering its sub-$300 price range, and the Satin Trans Fat Strat HH is actually fairly loaded - it includes a pair of chrome covered humbuckers, a synchronous tremolo unit, and unlike a number of Squier’s other guitars it’s got a real mahogany body — not that agathis stuff.
And while looks aren’t everything, the transparent satin finish on these guitars belies their incredibly low price-point.
