Ever wished you could control your software-based synthesizer right from your guitar? How about taking your guitar onto the internet for some “online interactive music, recording and jamming?”
Brian Moore Guitars has been making quality instruments for decades, but these days they’re making a brand new name for themselves as one of the premier builders of digital electric guitars.
And now, their surprisingly affordable iGuitar21.13 has a whole new selling point — USB connectivity!
That’s right, forget that clunky old 13-pin cable (sorry Roland,) with the optional USB port you can plug into any USB computer for direct, instant communications with popular recording programs like Apple’s Garageband, Logic Pro, and more.
And according to Brian Moore’s website the new iGuitar.USB feature is available for all models of the iGuitar, and the company even offers an upgrade path — they’ll retrofit your current instrument, at their factory, for $300.
iGuitar.USB is powered directly through your computer’s bus, so there’s no need for a battery, and no software drivers are required.
