Dan, I’ve found that the big manufacturers mostly ignore us small guys…I guess they can be pretty sure they’ll get a good review from the “big” publications, so they don’t see the incentive to put themselves out on a limb by sending us real folks their equipment for review.

No biggie, I’ll keep reviewing and supporting the more interesting products by the boutique guitar/gear makers, and for the more mainstream stuff, well… let’s just say I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve.

I’ve really been enjoying your site–in fact, just about every day.
I hope the manufacturers get hip and start sending you a lot of stuff for hands-on review. Most of the best stuff is never reviewed by the print mags while tomes are written about things that nobody would buy or can afford!
