According to Modern Guitars Magazine Daisy Rock is expected to debut its first American made, hand-crafted “girl” guitar at the upcoming ’07 Winter NAMM show––the Rock Candy Pink Label.
While Daisy Rock has done quite well with their import model guitars (and the instruments get great user reviews across the board,) the Rock Candy “Pink Label” marks the company’s first move into the professional-level guitar market.
Unlike their cheaper models, the Pink Label sports truly top-of-the-line hardware, including a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers (’59 at the bridge, JB at the neck,) a TonePros Tune-O-Matic Stopbar Bridge, Sperzel Locking Tuners, and an ultra-light mahogany body and slim-taper neck (24¾“ scale length.)
Currently available specs also call for a rosewood fretboard with 22 frets (and star inlays,) 3-way pickup switching, and dual volume & tone knobs with push/pull coil-tapping. More info as it becomes available. Link [Modern Guitars Magazine]

I really love all of the Daisy Rock guitars and the company as a whole. I love that there’s somebody out there making awesome guitars for girls and really thinking about what it means to be a girl guitar player. Also, they have one of the best selections of pink electric guitars, which I really like :)
