A number of readers have been asking for more information on Marshall’s new Vintage Modern and JVM series of amplifiers, so I was pleasantly surprised this morning to find that Marshall has posted some fairly in-depth mpeg demos of these two eagerly-awaited new amp models on their website.
The demo includes a nearly 20-minute hands-on look at what appears to be the Vintage Modern 2466 100-watt head, and about 15-minutes with the all-tube JVM410H 100-watt head as well. Personally, I could do without the extended musical breaks, but you take the good with the bad, right?
The demos are apparently part of a new feature on Marshall’s website called Marshall Theatre, which will showcase various aspects of Marshall’s product line.
