Wow, these are fantastic, great sound at a great price point. Not to mention no one else out there has the style and 50′s geekness like danelectro. Vintage looks and antiqued even? Smooooooth move!
For the money, I’ll take it over any Mexican Fender or Squire jobber. I see nothing but good things when I set it in my lap to jam.

Hehe… me too :) I thought the Jet King was a great move by Ibanez, though I have no idea if they sell very well.

Danelectro continues to make these cheap-o but hella’ fun instruments, and at less than $300 I don’t think you can really go wrong. They play and sound surprisingly good (Danelectros in general, of course… I haven’t played the new Dano Pro,) and you can’t beat ‘em for style!

I like it! I will definitely get one. I was also one of the first ones to get one of the retro-looking Ibanez Jet-Kings. I like the off-kilter pawn-shop looking stuff. -dm
