OK, not exactly electric, but these just look way too cool not to mention here.
According to their website, Gretsch will be releasing four different limited edition Americana Collection acoustic guitars this year––each with a “Wild West” themed graphic on the front, and seriously retro-chic collector’s box.
The guitars will be made available throughout the year, with the Wild West Sweethearts model in stores now, The Showdown being released Apr-Jun, Sundown Serenade Jul-Sep, and Way Out West coming out Oct-Dec.
The Gretsch Americana Collection will feature “Real Wood” bodies (13“ Wide, 3.75” Deep,) “Real Wood” steel-reinforced neck, 24“ scale length, wooden fingerboard with 18 frets & dot inlays, X Brace Bracing, wooden bridge, chrome=plated hardware, vintage-style tuners, and a satin finish.
The guitars are expected to sell for around $150. Case not included.
