Well, I haven’t seen any kind of official word from Epiphone (I dug around and there isn’t even a product page on their website,) but from what I can gather a new Limited Edition Wildkat goes on sale today across a number of online guitars retailers.
The specifics are still a bit shaky, but the guitar, apparently a heavily customized version of the ol’ Epi Wildkat archtop, is most notable for its gold-colored hardware, Bigsby tremolo tailpiece, dual P-90s, and a special Limited Edition “Aged Tiger” finish over a laminated flame maple top (seriously sweet, IMHO.)
The Wildkat Deluxe is also expected to sport a mahogany body, hard maple neck (24.75“ scale length,) set-neck design, rosewood fretboard with 22 frets, neck & body binding, 3-way pickup switching, tune-o-matic bridge, and Grover tuning machines. There’s no word yet on the pickup control configuration.
It looks like the guitar will be available at most of the major guitar chains, and it’s selling for less than the mid-$500s.

“There’s no word yet on the pickup control configuration.”
On the usual knobs place: one volume for each pickup, and a general tone. On the horn: a general volume. :)
