OK, not strictly guitar related, but b5media’s Darren Rowse has been a good friend to my wife and I over the last few years, and I’m more than happy to send them all a bit of link love.
According to Arjun, of b5’s The Good Musician, the network has recently launched a new Music Channel, boasting over 20 different blogs, including Jazz & Blues Lounge, Metal Martyr, News In Punk, Big Apple Music Scene, Nashville Music Scene, and a bunch more––it looks like there’s pretty much something there for every taste.
I can’t say I’ve had a chance to read through all of them, but b5 has a good track record of building up great blogs, and I fully expect their new Music Channel to be no exception.
Also, to help ramp up promotion of the new channel, b5media will be giving away a few iPod Shuffles (not to mention other mp3 players and goodies,) so if you’ve got a blog and you want to help spread the word––and possibly win a prize––you might want to check out their iPod Contest.
Personally, I’m happy to link them up anyway, but I suppose I wouldn’t look a gift iPod in the mouth ;)
