I bought spider/bogner head and I cant tell you how much I love it! I have a very nice home studio and play out every chance I get. Ive got mesa boogie amps, marshalls, peaveys, and fender, I even have a pre market mesa stereo simulcast from the seventies thats stuffed with like twelve tubes running two sides in one rack head and this gives a way better tone through 2 4x12 cabs , one with celestions and the other w/ goldwynns not to mention that i got rid of all the boxes and effects pedals. The only thing between my guitat and the amp is a cry baby.! Add all that to the amount of outright loud that comes out of this and I am no longer depressed that my marshall fried.!!

Part-time pro. Bought the Spider Valve 112 last week. Was torn between a Fender Deluxe 65 and the Spider. Played them side by side and decided to grab the Line 6. Reason???? Versatility!!! The Fender was nice and had a good clean sound and a rich reverb...but thats it. I can get that classic tube tone easily with this Line 6 and with the flip of a switch, I can go straight to Marshal crunch and terrific overdrive. I bought the optional expression/preset pedal (FBV Express). No more stomp boxes all over the floor on stage. No more bad patch cords screwing me up in the middle of a gig. I set up some nice presets so I can go from the Stones, to Molly Hatchet, to Pink Floyd, to Prince on one bank of sounds. This is the S__T! You will love it.

This amp is UN-FLIPPN' BELIEVEABLE! I sold my Peavey 6505 to get this head. The distortion I get off this is so thick, I can cut it with a knife. Forget the expensive Mesa head, get this thing. I have this Bogner head hooked up to my Peavey XXX cab. The sound is unbelieveable. There are so many effects and presets that you can get lost dorking around forever with this. I don't regret anything about buying this amp. I am a metal guitarist and if you are looking to a thick Meshuggah/Threat Signal tone, you can get it right here. I have finally found an amp that finally gave me a tone I am happy with. Try this one out for sure!!
