According to my top secret source, Randall Amplifiers and Metallica’s Kirk Hammett have been working on a Kirk Hammett Signatures Series of guitar amplifiers––including heads, combos and MTS pre-amp modules––to be announced officially tomorrow.
It’s apparently too early for photos, or even further details, but according to my man-in-the-know the Kirk Hammett series will help your average joe guitarist to easily and affordably capture “the distinctive tones of Metallica’s legendary guitarist.”
Now if they could just find a way to capture his monster technique. ;) More info as it becomes available…
