Now I know a regular 335 is pretty expensive and all but being a "signature model" for a guy whose fan base probably doesn't have 3 to 4 grand to spend on their idols guitar seems kinda wrong. I mean complain all you want about the J Mascis Jazzmaster being made in Japan and being basswood but I like to think Mr. Mascis said to Fender "Can we make my guitar affordable?" and they agreed. Maybe it’s just me but that seems really pricey.
