Just a quick note for all you rabid PRS fans –– the company’s recently announced 25th Anniversary line of limited edition guitars is now online and ready to be ogled.
There are a bunch of gorgeous instruments here, but stand-outs for me are the 25th Anniversary Carlos Santana model (check out the purfling on that figured maple top,) 25th Anniversary Mira 245 Soapbar, and of course the over-the-top but still wonderfully iconic 25th Anniversary Dragon.
You can check out the entire list here.

I’ve never been a fan of the ironic PRS shape because they didn’t feel right sitting on my lap. I did notice that they had a few single cut-a-ways in the 25th anniversary line up (more like Les Pauls) including a semi-hallow. I’d like to check those out!

I LOVE that Dragon. That Sapphire Smokeburst finish is incredible.
