I agree with Fuzz Pedal. You can get a really nice gibson for 1000$ but I guess this is for the guy’s that want to be able to say that “they have it” as a collector type thing if it’s your passion price is of no importance :D

Do we really need another Les Paul? It looks like a beautiful instrument, but I don’t really see the need for an $8000 guitar that’s not much different than it’s $1000 counterpart. IMO, Gibson would be better off trying to be innovative instead of rehashing the same guitar over and over.

Yes! This will be an awesome instrument. I much prefer the 60′s neck over the thick 50′s ones…. but once again, because of the “limited” nature of these instruments, they are priced out of reach of most guitarists budgets…and even very nice VOS Custom Shop models cost less.
