The acoustic sounds very similar to my Line6 Variax Acoustic or the acoustic mode on my Variax Electrics. Good for enough live, but not convincing in the studio. The “mix” tone is only something most people would use for one song in a set….I’d actually prefer the bridge position and acoustic mix for some twangy strumming, which doesn’t seem like its available on this model. IMO, this is a singer songwriter/frontman’s instrument….not a lead player’s multi-purpose ax.
