EGR’s Great, Big List O’ Guitar Blogs… Tell Me What You’re Reading!

For a few years now I’ve been toying with the idea of building a comprehensive list of quality Guitar Blogs, but I never really seemed to have the time… so I figured I’d enlist your help. Got a favorite guitar blog you’d like to see on the list? Or even a handful of great guitar blogs?

I’m not in the habit of linking to bad neighborhoods, so if you run a spammy link blog don’t even bother, but if you know about some great guitar-related blogs I want to know about them too –– and so do my readers!

Ok, let the linking begin! I’ll check out each of the sites and then compile them into one comprehensive list over the next few days.

    http://www.effectsbay.com/ is based around guitar effects pedals, but he strays into pickups and other guitar related stuff.

    I’ve been doing my own guitar blog for the past month at http://leftyfretz.com

    It’s aimed at lefties so is fairly niche, but i’m having a blast and hope to keep it going. Obviously it’s brand new so any publicity would be excellent :)

    I just checked and under the guitar tab in google reader I have 72 sites. I also started my own not too long ago at :

    I try not to post the same things most of the other sites are, instead focusing on tips, stories and gear that interests me. Mostly to do with DIY stuff -I am learning to mod and build my own pedals, guitar building, modding and refinshing. And learning to play guitar.

    I’m a professional guitarist and teacher in Chicago. I recently added a blog to my site and have already put some lessons on it. I’ll be adding new lessons every week. Also, hopefully some other cool guitar stuff that I find.
